I LOVE to workout. It helps keep me sane, boosts my energy & mood, and helps me stay in shape (duh). Most recently, I’m really into strength training. I also love to run and do cardio but there is something so addicting and badass about lifting weights. I love seeing the results I get, LOVE being sore, and definitely enjoy seeing the weight number increase. Below are some of my favorite workouts.
